Merchants Of Paradise by Gregory Porter
For Merchants of Paradise, I illustrated a lone pawn surrounded by dominant chess pieces to symbolise how powerful figures exploit the vulnerable, particularly children.
This artwork for Return To Oz shows grandfather clocks resting at the bottom of the ocean, symbolising the lives that are slowly running out of time and have been pulled to the bottom of the ocean due to the weight of addiction pulling them under.
